Perhaps you have just broken up with your ex and is feeling extremely upset now. Perhaps, you are thinking about how to get your ex back, but is quite uncertain about what you should really do.

Well, it does not have to be so. Regardless of who initiated the break up, there is a fact that you should know. Doing certain things will improve your chances of getting your ex back. And obviously, there are also things, when done, can spoil your chances of getting your ex back.

Most likely, the reasons given are weak reasons and do not make any sense at all. So, you natural reaction is to argue with your ex about it. However, this is not going to work. The point here is this is not a debate.

Winning the argument is not going to help you get your ex back. You are really much better off by agreeing with the break up. I know it seems counter intuitive but there is a reason for agreeing with the break up, which you are going to find out later.

2) Calling Your Ex Over And Over Again

Another common mistake that is being made by people trying to win their ex back. This is something that you will want to avoid. By calling your ex too many times, do you know what message are you sending him/her?

You are basically telling him/her that you are really desperate and need to get him/her back now. Don't do that. It will only spoil your chances of getting back with your boyfriend or girlfriend. Sometimes, it may even get worse. You ex might even hang up the phone. This is certainly not what you want.
